Cosa succede quando apri una pagina
I due siti sono pagine fisse: nessun cookie, nessuna statistica, nessuno script di terzi, e i caratteri arrivano da qui, non da Google Fonts. Non ci registri niente e non c'è nessun modulo.
Le pagine sono consegnate da Cloudflare, che per farlo tratta i dati di ogni connessione: indirizzo IP, pagina chiesta, data e ora, browser. Li tratta per conto nostro, come responsabile del trattamento, solo per consegnare le pagine e proteggerle dagli attacchi, e li conserva per il tempo che serve a questo. ideopus non li riceve. Cloudflare può trattarli anche fuori dall'Unione europea, per esempio negli Stati Uniti, con il Data Privacy Framework e le clausole contrattuali standard.
La base giuridica è il nostro legittimo interesse a tenere online siti sicuri (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)), e puoi opporti scrivendoci.

Se scrivi a info@ideopus.it usiamo il tuo messaggio e il tuo indirizzo solo per risponderti. La casella è ospitata da Aruba S.p.A., in Italia, e i messaggi sono cancellati dopo 12 mesi.
I tuoi diritti
Puoi chiedere di accedere ai tuoi dati, correggerli, cancellarli, limitarne il trattamento od opporti, scrivendo a info@ideopus.it: rispondiamo entro un mese. Puoi anche presentare reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali o all'autorità del paese in cui vivi.

What happens when you open a page
The two sites are fixed pages: no cookies, no statistics, no third-party scripts, and the fonts come from here, not from Google Fonts. You register nothing and there is no form.
The pages are delivered by Cloudflare, which to do so handles the data of each connection: IP address, page requested, date and time, browser. It handles them on our behalf, as processor, only to deliver the pages and protect them from attacks, and keeps them as long as that needs. ideopus does not receive them. Cloudflare may also handle them outside the European Union, for example in the United States, under the Data Privacy Framework and the standard contractual clauses.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the sites online and safe (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)), and you can object by writing to us.
If you write to us
If you write to info@ideopus.it we use your message and your address only to reply. The mailbox is hosted by Aruba S.p.A., in Italy, and messages are deleted after 12 months.
Your rights
You can ask to access your data, correct it, erase it, restrict its processing or object, by writing to info@ideopus.it: we reply within one month. You can also complain to the Italian Garante per la protezione dei dati personali or to the authority of the country where you live.
